HMLS_insidebar_smallThat’s been at our core ever since founder, Dale Katechis opened the doors to the first Oskar Blues in Lyons, CO in 1997. Dale’s experience in restaurants led him to create a place where he could serve the type of food he wanted in the atmosphere he wanted and make Oskar Blues what is today. We’ve kept it local by opening our own Hops & Heifers farm which strives to create a sustainability cycle where we grow hops to use in our beers then use the spent grain from our brewery to feed our all-naturally raised cattle that then go to supply our restaurants with their beef. We work hard to make sure all of our restaurants revolve around the core values Dale built years ago but it really comes down to great food, awesome beers and the best place to enjoy both.
